Charlie Mann HSP Clubs Project Officer provided a brief paragraph to cover what he talked about{

As part of my role at Herts Sport Partnership, I am responsible for club development and supporting clubs to expand and deliver by offering any help I can. As part of this, we will be running 10 Club Support Forums across the county, 1 per district, that will focus on a number of areas that affect clubs regularly. These forums will last no longer than 2 and a half hours and will cover topics such as: Volunteer recruitment & management, funding, participant recruitment, safeguarding & some GDPR guidance amongst other areas. To support the 2500 sports clubs in Hertfordshire, we will also be hosting a range of Club Matters workshops as designed by Sport England, that offer focused support to clubs across 3 key areas: Club Structures, Marketing Strategy & Business Planning. These are delivered by Sport England trained professionals and are tailored to the needs of community sports clubs. There are also a further 2 online workshops around Club Finance and Facebook that are available for club members to access in their own time and provide useful advice and guidance.

I hope this paragraph is useful, if you require anything further please do not hesitate to contact me.

Regards,

Charlie Mann
